- Non-express: 3-4 working days from the purchase.
- Express: 24/48h.
- It is sent through by the Correos or Nacex company, depends on if is express or not.
- The customer receives information via mail or on his mobile with the tracking number. In addition the buyer is informed both when the shipment is sent and when the shipment is at the destination center.
- *It can not be assured that shipments to the Canary Islands reach their destination in the indicated time due to customs procedures.

c) Shipments: the shipment will be made once the payment is confirmed. The customer will receive your package in the indicated period depending on the type of shipment that has been selected.
The shipment of the package will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has delivered the product to the client. The customer has to verify the product once delivered and notify any damage in the transport in a period less than 24 hours after receipt.
d) Returns: www.mymoos.com will not accept returns after 15 calendar days from the date of purchase. Mymoos will not accept returns if the product is not presented in perfect condition.
The guarantee period of our products is that indicated in the Law of guarantees in the sale of consumer goods.
The warranty does not cover: damage caused by wear and tear, improper use or damage caused by aging or weather conditions.
